“My garage door lock was gubbed. They arrived when they said they would. Worked hard to get the garage open and then replaced the mechanism. Very happy with the work done.”

“From first to last a brilliant job. Contact by Simon about 30 Mins after first enquiry. Following afternoon on time and job completed with Simon happy to explain what the problem was and also the method of repair. Would highly recommend the company and in particular the engineer Simon. “Prompt service. Knows his business and explains the problem to be solved so you understand it. Bit pricey on the labour side, however. I'm paying for the knowledge he has and I don't. Good work, very pleased.”

“We had experienced problems with our Yale Connexis smart front door lock, and even more problems with Yale's customer service. We rang LockRite on a Monday morning, asking if they could replace the smart lock with a standard key lock, and Ralph offered to come out at 1 pm on the same day, which he did. Speaking with him, he understood the problems and had immense knowledge of the wider context of smart locks and window/door sale companies. He was an extremely likeable, entirely professional craftsman with a long and fascinating previous history of management, who fitted a new key lock faultlessly. My only regret is that I wish we had been able to meet him before we embarked on choosing a smart lock, since our problem lock had been fitted by a well-known window & door sale company whose fitters had little experience with such locks.”
