“What a great service ! Called at lunchtime and the job was completed in the afternoon. Pete was friendly and professional and explained and demonstrated what was required and why before doing the work. I would utilise this service again - no problem!”

“My Patio doors have a multi-point locking system and the gearbox failed in the lock causing the doors to be jammed in the locked position. I can turn my hand to most things and gave this a go, but failed to unlock the door myself. I came across Tony online after researching local locksmiths. Calling Tony he took time to talk me through what he thought may be the problem, quoted me and agreed to accept the job, arriving early the next morning bang on time (well actually 10 mins early). Tony was super professional, very polite & courteous and explained all his work to me as he was going along. He managed to get the doors open, replacing the lock mechanism. The final price was the same as what was quoted on the phone. He cleaned up all the mess before he went and even took time to wipe down my doors. I can not fault Tony or his company at all. I was super pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone in need of a locksmith. Lovely, professional and Very Decent chap! If ever i have lock problems again i will definitely be ringing Tony.”
