“Very happy with the service I received. Wullie was very friendly and helpful when I called. asking various questions to try and figure out the issue with my door lock. When he arrived, he talked me through everything he was doing and showed me what the problem was. Within 30 mins, not only was the issue sorted, but he also checked the alignment of the door and adjusted where needed. Would definitely recommend!”

“Unfortunately I didn't get the locksmith's name but he did a great job repairing the existing lock on a communal gate - where I know that none of the landlords for the other properties will offer to help me pay - and saved me the cost of a new lock and numerous keys. Thanks for the prompt, efficient service. Will definitely use LockRite Locksmiths again when needed.”

“Considering it was on a late sunday evening Ross the locksmith was very swift in getting to my property in Hinckley where my front door lock had failed and I couldn't enter my house. He spent a long time trying to sort out the problem with the original lock before advising me that it would have to be drilled and replaced. He was very professional and new exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend him. Many thanks Ross.”

“We had the misfortune to break a key in our rear exit door on a Sunday evening causing an immediate security issue. We found LockRite online and phoned Ian Caine our nearest locksmith. He agreed to come next morning, did so after confirming his arrival time. He fixed the problem and also replaced a worn out front door Yale, cutting spare keys on location. He explained everything clearly and was extremely pleasant to have in our house. No call out charge was another attractive feature and all in all the bill was very reasonable. He is certainly in our contacts list for us and friends.”
