“I feel extremely ripped off by this company. I contacted the locksmith Nick who I thought was a local locksmith as that's how he advertises himself - "LockRite Locksmith Bridport - Call 01308 805315" which is a Bridport number. Turns out he is actually based in Yeovil which is 25 minutes away. This Company might not charge a call out fee, but they do charge a minimum of an hours work, which was never mentioned on the initial call. Whilst talking to him initially when I was expaining that the screw had become loose causing the catch to fall out of the front door, his response was that he probably had a screw in his toolbox which would fit. Replacing the screw took no more than 2 minutes after which he asks if I wanted anything else doing as I'm paying for an hours work anyway. This should have been explained sooner. One screw and a few squirts of WD40 on the conservatory door, total 15 minutes max and I end up with a bill for £102.00. Not a happy customer at all....”

“LockRite Locksmith did an excellent repair to a lock on the front door. This was the second time that I've used LockRite. Jason arrived very quickly, on a Sunday evening and secured the door. He returned the following day to complete the renewal of a new lock. This was a very efficient service and Jason was very polite and accommodating. I was very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend LockRite.”

“Excellent service, arrived within the hour of phoning to make the appointment, gave a clear and conscise explanation of what was wrong and offered a couple of alternatives to rectify the problem. Would definately reccomend and use again!!!!!!”

“I was immensely impressed by the service received. After ringing the advertised phone number which was answered promptly to the locksmith identifying and resolving the problem took, at the most, 2 hours. Very professional organisation but also conscious of our feelings concerning the security of the property. Have put their number in my contact list as will most definitely use again.”
