“We needed prompt work on several Door Locks and found on the Net, your Company and within 3 hours, an Very competent professional - David - arrived. He assessed the work needed and within 3 - 4 hours had completed his job by installing new Locks as appropriate. A very pleasant and competent individual.”

“It turned out that it is an old and obsolete lock, which I suspect a previous owner had found as a bargain. The keeper had become detached and finding the right parts was never going to be straightforward... except that Paul managed an excellent repair. Brilliant, as well as courteous, helpful and left after cleaning meticulously.”

“Simon came to open our jammed front door which had be stuck shut for 6 weeks. He fixed the problem and ensured it wouldn’t happen again quickly and very professionally. He was able to come the day after I contacted him and had a fair and very reasonable fee.”

“My request for a locksmith was dealt with very quickly - approximately within 2 hours. David came and replaced the faulty lock, cut spare keys and was gone in under an hour. He was polite, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him.”

“A very punctual and very pleasant locksmith who came wearing a mask. He initially came to replace 2 door locks, but in the end he replaced 5 locks in total, on my request. The cost was very reasonable with no fuss. Highly recommended”

“David was amazing. We have an old property with challenging locks and large doors. David had sized up the job and the correct locks - he was very professional and informative. On the day technicalities arose from the old (original Victorian) wooden doors and David went well beyond the call of duty to do an excellent job. Despite staying for significant extra time he made sure our property was secure and refused to charge for extra labour. A true gent and would highly recommend 👌”

“Ralph turned up promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and very rapidly found a solution. After that (removing a broken key) he adjusted the door so it would not jam again. Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend him unreservedly.”

“Had to phone Paul on Sunday late afternoon (Father’s Day). He had family visiting ,but was aware of our problems with mum and was at her house in 20 mins. Another lock changed. A return visit a couple of days later was required to tweak one of the locks to prevent anything being poked in it. Thank you Paul.”
