“Great service from LockRite! Our door lock mechanism broke so we were locked out in the cold, rain and dark. Fortunately for us, the Locksmith (Julian) lived nearby and he arrived within 5 minutes of my call! By some wizardry he managed to get us in and safe, then came at 9am the next morning to fix it all permanently. Thanks so much, great friendly service and real expertise!”

“Morne came round at very short notice to fix two locks. One required realigning a patio door and fixing the locking mechanism and the other was replacing a corroded barrel including a set of new keys.. More carried out the work to a very high standard and for a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Morne and LockRite without hesitation.”

“Some low life attempted to breaking to our 88yo grandmother house so needed someone to see what the damage was as we are currently abroad. After a web search for locksmith local to Walsall, Lockrite looked the right fit. TBH after it went to a call centre I did have 2nd thoughts but the local locksmith Simon was a god send. He was at the house within 2 hours of the call. Assessed the job, gave a fair quote so booked for new upgraded locks and some other security upgrades in a couple of days. He fitted temp locks and put our grandmother at ease. I can not fault the service provided”

“John arrived bang on time to our church where we had a faulty lock. He dismantled it and provided alternative solutions to the issue. Once we had agreed on the way forward, he ensured that the premises were secure, ordered the parts and returned the very next day with everything and installed it. Communications were excellent throughout the process and he also provided the 12 additional keys we needed. All told he charged a very reasonable price. Very satisfied and I would highly recommend him.”
