“I had been struggling to use the key to my new front door & could not lock with the key. My cry for help was speedily answered and the lock replaced as it had proved faulty. A reasonable price charged for my peace of mind. I can now be sure that my door will lock & unlock without any trouble whatsoever. I can highly recommend Lockrite !”

“Ralph was a pleasant chap who did the necessary work professionally. He was later than anticipated but messaged throughout to keep me informed- absolutely fine. Further he offered to cut additional keys which was a nice gesture. It was a good experience and yes- I will recommend Lockrite to friends in the future.”

“Excellent service from LockRite. Our back door lock was jammed with a key in it. The lock had seized completely. The fitter was very professional and able to replace with a new, equivalent lock within the hour. Punctual, polite and tidy. The cost was simply materials, labour and VAT. No hidden charges. Not the cheapest, but quick, efficient and competitive with other locksmiths.”

“My call enquiry was returned very quickly. Your locksmith managed to get to me that same afternoon, brilliant service. “Came out earlier than anticipated. Work started and it wasn't an easy job. Our key got stuck inside the lock and wasn't coming out any time soon. Managed to get the key out but key was in pieces. Parts of the key were still inside the lock but after a bit of keyhole surgery, the last bit of the key came out. Managed to salvage the lock so door works again! Excellent work and managed the job. Any other locksmith may have just abandoned the job or drilled out the whole lock. Thank you”
