“Super service as Dave called within 2 hours of me contacting company. He fixed the problem on my patio doors and key, also giving the workings a good clean and tightened hinges etc. Would certainly use Lockrite again. Dave was very pleasant and explained everything re-costings etc before he started. Bg thank you.”

“He obviously knew what he was doing unlike the previous 'locksmith' we had who made it worse. Had the necessary replacement parts to hand, replaced them and was finished in about 50 mins. Reasonable cost.”

“James was excellent, arriving when he said he would. Explained everything as he was replacing the lock and why the original lock had failed and was no longer of use. Excellent job done and cleared everything away disposing of the old locks. Would not hesitate in passing on recommendation”

“Wow, what service. Gareth was round to replace my front door lock in record time! He was very knowledgeable and professional and replaced my lock, explaining the 'workings' so that I understand completely. I will have no hesitation in calling on him again, and shall sing his praises to all my friends and family.”

“Locked inside my flat Bank Holiday Thursday. Called LockRite in absolute desperation and Ian turned out to be my salvation! The phone answered directly I called; he arrived within 40 minutes and let me out immediately! and had new lock fitted in minutes. But most importantly he made sure I knew exactly how to operate the new lock before he left. An excellent job carried out at very short notice and with great speed and at a very reasonable cost I thought given it was a Bank Holiday. Thanks so very much Ian. I'd recommend LockRite to anyone who has need of such a service themselves..”
