“Shaun was efficient and gave satisfactory service. However, I expected him to be aware of social distancing and to wear gloves for his work, a different pair of disposable gloves for each job. I disinfected the lock and area after he had left.”

“Chris was the Locksmith who dealt with our issue. As my family are based in North West and this was to sort out a relative's flat in London, we thought this was going to be more difficult than it was. Chris kept me up to date with his progress and was great handling some rather nosy neighbours. A great service and I would happily recommend.”

“Tony was a grade A locksmith! I have a digital lock which has been discontinued and thought that would need to replace the entire system. Tony was able to locate the issue and fixed the problem saving me £100’s I can honestly say that Tonys standard of work is best I’ve seen from a locksmith and his integrity and honesty towards his work was more than evident - thank you for fixing my front door lock, much appreciated!”

“Excellent. Cannot fault the service or person. Phoned to update with expected arrival time, arrived when stated. Carried out the repairs explaining what the cost would be beforehand, showed me the broken parts. Replaced and left everything clean and working. Very rare to find tradesmen like this now days.”
