“Jamie arrived as agreed on time, assessed the problem, advised and sorted. The lock had a curious feature that required a secondary pressure on the key to open the door. That had become misaligned and was repaired. I was not impressed by the lock engineering - it was apparent that the secondary use of the key to move the bolt was poor design, discussed and advised on a modified arrangement which Jamie installed a few days later. Professional and helpful throughout and at modest expense”
