We do strive to provide the level of service our customers deserve at a competitive price and you should have been given clear guidence on our pricing before any work was undertaken. We aim to always provide customers with an estimate and wait for approval before starting any work. This includes ensuring customers are fully aware that there is VAT and any materials used to be added to the hourly rates when the final bill is calculated. “Locksmith came out within an hour even though the job wasn't an emergency. Gave great advice and adjusted the door without having to repair or replace therefore reducing the cost for us. Would highly recommend.”

“Simon was excellent he came at the correct time wore the appropriate PPI fitted the system with no mess. He then went through the setup explaining what he was doing at each step. All in All a very comfortable experience from start to finish”

“Superb service from a very professional company. Peter is a smashing guy, arrived promptly on the stated time and was extremely friendly, courteous and meticulous in his work. He also cleaned up his mess afterwards. Saved the day on our disaster and we have never been more happy to see a workman......... ever.”
