“Called Ross regarding a door which had jammed shut with a faulty mechanism. We booked in for the following day but then had a call saying he could come earlier. The issue was a difficult one but was sorted very quickly by Ross including a second visit to upgrade the replacement part. Very happy with the very prompt service and a really nice chap too! Would absolutely recommend, cheers!”

“GREAT WORK....WE NEEDED THE BURGLAR ALARM SERVICING....ADRIAN RANG AND WAS ABLE TO COME VERY PROMPTLY.....THE SERVICE DID NOT GO AS SMOOTHLY AS HE WOULD HAVE HOPED SO HE HAD TO RETURN WHICH HE DID AGAIN PROMPTLY....VERY PLEASED WITH WHAT WAS DONE AND THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL....”

“Vince was an absolute life saver after my 1 year old closed my front door behind me. Vince was there as quick as he could be, within about 20 minutes. Once he arrived he had me in my house in minutes, with no damage caused to my door. He even cut me a key on the spot, to avoid future scenarios like that! I can’t thank you enough. Lockrite comes highly recommended by me.”

“What an Outstanding Tradesman! Simon has been outstanding from start to finish... timely, professional, great communications keeping us posted with supply chain difficulties on products delayed and his onsite fitting was superb, he is a conscientious worker - cleaning down sanitising, it all makes you more confident with having work done at the time... I shall continue to recommend his services!!”

“Darren fitted a replacement lock for us. He arrived on time and carried out the job efficiently. He also cut some extra spare keys for us on the van - very useful, because they could be checked for fit at the same time. Good job done, thanks.”

“We had misplaced a key and wanted it sorting the same day. We called a few vendors including Darren. Amongst all, we found Darren to be prompt, professional and courteous. Darren responded immediately and came on time to the dot. Darren carried out the work efficiently with no mess. We would recommend Darren without hesitation to friends and family. 10/10”
