“You cant get anyone out to do anything these days, so when we rang due to a broken patio door lock we were pleasantly surprised when Neil said he was on his way! He arrived, assessed the job, went off to get spare part, returned job done! Fantastic!”

“Alan responded late one Sunday afternoon to an emergency callout after we had been let down by two other companies. He successfully gained access to the house and removed the broken door lock. We arranged a convenient time for him to come back and replace the lock. The work was carried out in a very professional manner minimising mess and damage to the door. Alan was always polite, explained everything carefully and gave us an accurate estimate of the costs involved.”
