“The response was later the same day as the request call. The service was spot on He had knowledge, tools and the expertise to open the door and remove the faulty part. He then carried out an inspection to determine the particular part that was not functioning properly. He then rebuilt the mechanism and installed it in the door and made final adjustments to get the door operating as smoothly as possible. All done in a timely manner - VERY SATISFIED”

“Upvc door lock mechanism failed. Paul rang me straight away, and arranged to call around in 30 minutes, which he did. I must say how professional Paul was, the lock mechanism was replaced within 30 minutes. Job well done. Would highly recommend.”

“Called LockRite after the lock in my composite door failed leaving me unable to open the door. My only was out was through the front window! Within 45 minutes Jim was on site. A really friendly guy who explained very clearly what he thought the problem was. Composite doors are apparently not the easiest to open when the locking mechanism breaks but Jim managed to open the door. A replacement part was quickly sourced and the door is now fully functional. Cannot praise Jim for his professionalism enough and the overall service offered by LockRite. Highly recommended.”
