“Originally Tony from LockRite could not get to my property within the time that I requested, so I called another company. However, this was a bad idea as the technician from the other company appeared to be quoting me far too much to fix my door and not explaining to me clearly why. Tony from LockRite was excellent. He spoke to the other technician when I called him asking if he could help me understand what work the other technician was proposing to do. Tony relayed the info to me clearly but I was still doubtful and ended up asking Tony to fix my door instead. Tony came straight from his previous job and was quickly able to see issue with the lock was easily fixable, at significantly less cost and time to what the technician from the other company quoted.”
