“Paul arrived at our home on time. He was polite, helpful and very professional. He wore a face mask, given the present Covid situation, which made us feel safe. After fitting the lock he cleaned everything he had touched with an antiseptic wipe. He explained the receipt for the payment would be sent to us via email and checked we knew how to contact him should we need further help.”

“In addition to a system installation, Simon has carried out several other security jobs recently.
