“Colin couldn’t have been more helpful. My fiancé and I locked ourselves out of our flat, leaving the key in the lock; on the inside. Our old luck was surprisingly difficult to ‘crack’ but Colin preserved and got us in! We would definitely use his services again.”

“We had the front door locking barrel replaced as it was almost impossible to get the key in and the side gate lock barrel as a key had snapped in it too. Service was prompt and full of information about how to look after the locks in future. Very impressed with the servive”

“John turned up at the allotted time and place. He was very considerate and offered to remove his shoes, for the wifes carpet, without being asked. On inspecting the job required he soon diagnosed and continued with the repair. He was quite happy to have a conversation and explain what he was doing. The repair was completed quickly and very satisfactorily. He adjusted the door and fully lubricated it after replacing the lock. A very professional and customer focussed tradesman. Thoroughly recommend and would use again.”

“Very quick and efficient service. Morne talked us through the options but unfortunately the safe had to be broken into, he kindly unscrewed from the wall and carried downstairs. A clean and cheerful man and comfortable to have in our home. (Morne-the keys found in the safe were definitely house keys.”

“The job was done very well but they charge ridiculous amounts for materials. They charged me £66 for a lock that normally costs £16. I only saw that later in the invoice. Buy the lock on your own and call someone to install it. Don't let them take advantage of you.”
