“Your LockRite engineer provided outstanding service today. He arrived at my house less than 30 minutes after I'd made my call to LockRite. He quickly and efficiently gained access to my property (my UPVC door's gearbox mechanism was broken, and I was locked out). At each stage, he explained what he was doing and why. By the time he left, my door was better than it has been since it was fitted 18 years ago. I can't thank him enough. A stressful situation was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend LockRite Locksmiths to anyone. A great job done. Wonderful!”

“Pete came within 40 minutes. It was more complicated than I thought and it was an old door. Thankfully he had the parts in the van , replaced it and the quote was reasonable and the agreed up front price from my initial call. Work is guaranteed and takes card or cash. Great professional job.”

“I had locked myself out on a very cold day, but Cliff came to my rescue very quickly. He had some great ideas to prevent this happening again, and dealt with the situation with speed, humour and skill. I am delighted with the end result & would definitely recommend Lockrite to others.
