“Helped so much when I messed up on a shipping address. The helpful customer service agents helped remedy the problem and I got my shoes. I valued the help so much I ordered again from them (with the correct shipping address this time).”

“Enjoying my first pair. I love style and they are pretty comfortable. They do seem to get very dirty even though I sprayed them and followed the instructions for cleaning. I wish they were machine washable like my other sneakers.”

“Not the most comfortable shoes I have purchased. They rub on the side and the top of my foot. I have contacted customer support about a return and have not heard back. Very disappointed in the customer support.”

“Loci is smart looking consious shoe. I love its design n features however the area it lacks is the width in sizing. Not suited for wide feet. My husband loved the look of it but it was too narrow for him in front.”

“Wore these shoes from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm and walked miles and miles - they are so comfortable! Great support, got lots of compliments and now I want to buy them in every color and style.”

“I've come to Loci twice now for my wife and I am SO HAPPY, across the board. Shoes are lovely, simply yet elegant, and easy to clean (I'm a sneakerhead so I can speak to this). Hi Sandra, Thank you for your LØCI review! We are delighted that you love the sneakers, but we are disappointed they didn't fit. As our shoes are handmade in Portugal, they are made to European sizing. However, when translated into UK and USA sizes there are some slight adjustments to consider. Our online size guide (https://lociwear.com/pages/global-size-guide) gives recommendations to help you find the perfect fit. In your case for US women's half sizes, we advise for you to size down. We can see from your order you actually sized up, so we think if you order a US 7, you will find the perfect fit :) We hope this helps and you can soon be a proud owner of LØCI sneakers! Hi Sara, Thank you for leaving a review, but sorry that you're disappointed with the delivery times. We've looked at your order and can see that it was shipped on 2nd May (the day after you placed the order), and the delivery estimate given was up to 10 days, so it's still within our expectations for delivering on time within the EU. You should have received an email with your ParcelForce tracking number and looking at their website, the package has arrived in Italy. We will contact ParcelForce to make sure there aren't any issues, but they haven't raised any challenges with us.
