“The shoes were dirty when delivered. I’m assuming from the printing inside the box. Very disappointed.”

“Came very quickly for being from overseas, love the Ø symbol and what I presume it stands for taking plastic out of our oceans and heading to net zero these are so much better than my old Nike shoes which I personally think that the logo is seen too commonly on people's feet and very unfortunately they hardly do anything for the environment except damage while putting up a greenwash front which I as a vegan have started to not like. And like I said my feet used to blend in too commonly with so many others' shoes and now when I step in my LØCI shoes they feel great and I know I look great in them and they feel and look unique and now my feet match celebrities that also rock LØCI like Ben Affleck & Leonardo DiCaprio! Love these LØCI® Eleven shoes! They're on point.”

“Quick delivery and I was well informed about the delivery dates and process. Delivered exactly on the delivery date I was informed of. Great service and I love the sneakers. However I didn’t realize that I probably should have ordered the protection spray.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and want to return them. this is proving difficult as website says not possible, emailed the LOCI team and awaiting a response and called customer services in USA and still awaiting a response which was promised. so, something very easy is proving very difficult! Please help as i want the return both pairs.”

“I’m sz 8 I ordered 7.5 to use thinner socks during summer. Turns out shoes are both bigger one is way bigger inside than other. Please send me sz 7. I called and spoke to customer services but nothing has been done.z”

“I was very disappointed in the shoes. I knew they were vegan and that was really good and used recycled materials. To think I have to buy a spray to keep them clean is a mother matter and I couldn’t wash them in the washing machine. I sent them back and have not gotten confirmation or credit my account. I hope you will let Me know you have received them. Thanks. Janice hein”

Hi Janice, Thank you for your feedback. We refunded you on 7th March, which was the same day that you posted the shoes back to us. Email notification of this was sent, but we will reach out to you to confirm that you have received the refund. The spray is by no means compulsory to clean the shoes, it can just help. Whilst we don't recommend putting the shoes in the washing machine, they are perfectly cleanable and we have cleaning instructions on our website. Kind regards, Team LØCI
