“Love the look of them, very comfy. Confused that the option to pay in Canadian funds was a choice but you don't ship to Canada? Found a way around that myself. I am wearing the shoes with my wedding dress and I love that I will get to wear them afterwards! I want other colours, please include shipping to Canada soon! I love that buying these shoes means helping to clean our oceans. I would and have recommended LOCI to friends coworkers and family.”

“I placed my order from the Canary Islands and there were some problems with the delivery that caused it to be delayed. However, head of Customer Operations took it upon themselves to fix them and compensate me for the delay. I especially appreciate the work of Katie Tanner. Inés.”

“I wear mostly tennis shoes now that I am a senior citizen but still want to have some panache and style. LOCI sneakers give me that but most importantly they fit true to size and are very comfy.”

“Absolutely love the sneakers. Such great quality and so stylish. However, I’m sad to say I will not order from Løci again unless they change their delivery partner FedEx. Both myself and my sister have been inundated with letters from FedEx threatening legal action over a duty tax that is supposed to be paid by Løci. This took over 3 weeks to be resolved for me and it’s still ongoing for my sister!”

We'd been assured by FedEx many times that they'd cancelled any wrongly raised invoices, but I'm so sorry to hear this wasn't the case with yours or your sister's. “I love the environmental conscious and style combination concept, I love the charitable nature of Loci. I appreciate it's still a fairly small company however, convenience is so important to the consumer today and my two slightly negative experiences were a) The return site telling me return label would be emailed to me within 30 minutes and still having nothing 2 hours later, and b) having to waste more time contacting customer services to have return label sent several hours later. Simplify the process please and make it immediately available to the customer.”

Unfortunately, due to some system issues we had to temporarily remove our return portal, meaning customers were unable to generate their own return labels. The good news is that this has now been fixed, meaning that the experience going forward will be much smoother and will not involve having to wait to receive any labels. “It took me 3 months to wear these shoes as I waited for Summer to do so - and did not regret bringing these out earlier - everywhere I go - everyone comments on how funky they look. Aside from the look and feel - they are comfortable and I even went out to town with them....and no sore feet or legs the next day (just the head!). I will be buying more - they fit my wide feet perfectly and dont look bulgy - the sizing charts were spot on - and the entire customer journey from end to end was.....faultless! Thank you for giving me confidence to purchase luxury shoes that are eco-friendly and sustainable online...LOCI fan...”

“I would like to rate your company more truly, but some problems with the delivery of my order occurred that ruined my mood. On 30/01/2023, finally I received my order from 10/12/2022 and everything regarding the package and the goods was fine. Especially thanks to Katie from customer operations for her genuine concern.”

“The incorrect order was sent. Staff told me they would try to fix the issue. They stopped responding to me and I had to go through my credit card to get a refund. The company is either woefully inadequate or hoping for added revenue through theft. I urge all to stay away.”

“The sneakers look beautiful, unfortunately they are not as comfortable as the first Loci's I bought a few years ago, when they first appeared. Although the design is gorgeous, it is not effective. The shape or the seams at the back are uncomfortable and cause friction when walking resulting in blisters and sores on the back of my heels. I was thinking of buying a second pair in other colors but gave up on the idea. I hope these shoes will break in the meantime and that it won't be painful to walk in them anymore. Although wearing sneakers should never be painful in the first place! The soles were covered with a very sticky white substance that I managed to remove with a brush, but it was a bit of work. All um all: not worth the price.”
