I love my Navy /Navy/What's Tens Size 13. However the Left Shoe was perfect. The Right Shoe is a little off. The Tongue keeps sliding over to the extreme right. Not a good look. I had to do a modification myself

Ordered trainers in a particular colour combination but was sent the wrong ones (seem they were put in the wrong box). Contacted support who advised they would send a replacement but no details or when this would be. I've had no further communication from the support team about this despite me chasing them via email. So I now have no clue what to do - will I get the replacements? How do I send the old ones back?

Hi Elaine, Please do correct me if I'm wrong, but our records show that you first contacted us on the same day as your wrote this review. In that time, the team were investigating why your return was not working in order to provide you with confirmation that this had been fixed. Whilst we normally reply on the same day, we do ask for 24 hours to be allowed for responses to emails. I can also only see one email you sent to our team, we will reach out to you directly to investigate this as you say you sent three. We also have an online chat and phone number in case you need to speak to someone immediately. Our records show that your only contact was by email, but please do let us know if we've missed anything else. I've had a look and your return label has already been issued to you, which is why the portal wouldn't let you create another return. We've resent your DHL return label to you by email, we will confirm you have received this in our separate email conversation. We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding and personalised service to our customers and I am sure that you would have had had this experience had the team been allowed to reply. We prefer for the replies to be slightly slower and to provide a solution, than to rely on automated replies just advise that your problem is being looked into. Love Love Love these shoes!!! So unbelievably comfortable. I saw the shoe on The Mayfair Witches and became obsessed! Love what the company stands for and how the shoes are made.
