“They are absolutely gorgeous and perfect but so far a bit uncomfortable, they seem a bit hard on the top and back which makes my feet hurt in those places..hope it gets better with usage though so I can decide to order more or not..”

“I am Totally disappointed. I never received the shoes. I have contacted the courier and yourself by email and phone with no success. Nobody has replied back to me. Its a disgrace. It’s more than 15 days now”

Hi Claudia, We're really sorry that you aren't happy with the service you received. Having looked into this I can see that you wanted to change the delivery address of your order once it had shipped. Following your email and, as advised in their response, the customer service team reached out to FedEx to request a different delivery address. We're waiting for their feedback on this, but unfortunately changing the address after shipment will cause a delay to you getting your order. As soon as we get an update from FedEx, we will of course update you. Don't worry, we will be making sure that you receive your new sneakers as quickly as possible! We're always keen to understand how we can improve our service as we don't like to see our customers unhappy, so we will reach out to you separately to understand what's caused you to be so disappointed and how we can learn from this going forward. “Pleased to say that the below problem has now been resolved. It turns out that it was a problem with FedEx rather than Loci. Loci were fantastic in sorting it out and the customer service was excellent. They had already paid all of the import duty and FedEx were trying to charge me for it too. Thank you Loci for being so responsive and sorting the issue 🙏 I order a pair of trainers from Loci with free shipping and taxes to EU. I am based in Ireland. The shoes arrive on time and then a few weeks later I got a bill from FedEx for €100 "tax". I assumed this was a mistake and contacted Loci a number of times but nobody ever called me back. I then got a demand notice from a debt recovery company who state that the exporter "ticked the box that the receiver is liable to all taxes" and that I have to pay. If I knew that I would have to pay €100 extra for a pair of trainers that cost €140 then I obviously never would have bought them. This is dishonest marketing re. the free shipping etc. Please can someone get in touch with me to discuss.”

“I do not really where to start, I am very so happy with Løci. I bought two pairs of white sneakers and they look and feel very good, but also the quality of the material quality is exceptional. We had a smaller but I believe a very rare issue with my wife’s pair, the pair had a very noticeable colour difference, but we only noticed the difference in daylight when she was walking around the city. The one shoe is normal bright white and the other one looks more yellow white and the colours looked faded and it got brownish stained marks after one day out with them, that is not normal and that is really good that Løci is very interested in finding out the cause for the stain and colour fading. My pair is completely fine, absolutely nothing wrong with them;-) I love them. But anyway, I wanted to let you know that the customer service is excellent and KATIE the head of the customer service at Løci, gave us a 5 STAR service to get the pair exchanged so that they can then do further investigations to find the cause of the issue. I have not experienced such a good service in years to be honest, that is one out of many reasons I would buy again from Løci. Thank you Katie for your friendly call and your prompt follow up email to help us with the exchange. Companies should have people like Katie who are doing their jobs with love and passion and know how to speak to customers. We will buy definitely again from you, I am very happy 😊 that they are making a such high quality product out of recycled materials what can then again be taken apart and be recycled or used for something else.”

“Never buy from a UK online shop within Europe again ! 2 weeks after receiving the shoes we got a VAT / Duty/Customs Clearance Invoice from Fed-Ex in additional 65 € on top to the expensive price itself.....in total I am now the "proud owner" of over 200€ sneakers :-( Beside this : i chose the color "Marine" which appears in your shop much brighter than it was delivered... Sorry - no good rating for this purchase. After BREXIT you can´t buy from a UK Shop anymore !!”

“The elevens look great, are very comfortable and make my feet look smaller. The only criticism I have is, since the price was reduced to $150, I should have gotten a refund of $30. Or $30 or more credit towards a 2nd pair of shoes.”

“Hello. Excited about my pair of sneakers. Sad though that they are too large. Never saw anything that said runs large and u followed your size guide & measured. Going to give to my niece. Box was soaked by rain. Sad to see that.”

Hi Kathleen, We're really sorry that you found the sizing too large. LØCI sneakers are made to EU measurements and the EU sizes are spot on! However, when translated into UK and USA sizes there are some slight adjustments to consider. We do have a size guide on our website, which does advise sizing down if you're a US half size. https://lociwear.com/pages/global-size-guide However, there is nothing to worry about as we quick and easy exchanges. If you go into our returns portal at https://returns.lociwear.com/, you will just need your order number and email and you will be able to arrange an exchange straightaway.
