“I've come to Loci twice now for my wife and I am SO HAPPY, across the board. Shoes are lovely, simply yet elegant, and easy to clean (I'm a sneakerhead so I can speak to this). Customer Service is brilliant and wonderful, easy to order online... I am so pleased and will come.back for more. Thank you, Loci!!!”

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your LØCI review! We are delighted that you love the sneakers, but we are disappointed they didn't fit. As our shoes are handmade in Portugal, they are made to European sizing. However, when translated into UK and USA sizes there are some slight adjustments to consider. Our online size guide (https://lociwear.com/pages/global-size-guide) gives recommendations to help you find the perfect fit. In your case for US women's half sizes, we advise for you to size down. We can see from your order you actually sized up, so we think if you order a US 7, you will find the perfect fit :) We hope this helps and you can soon be a proud owner of LØCI sneakers! Hi Sara, Thank you for leaving a review, but sorry that you're disappointed with the delivery times. We've looked at your order and can see that it was shipped on 2nd May (the day after you placed the order), and the delivery estimate given was up to 10 days, so it's still within our expectations for delivering on time within the EU. You should have received an email with your ParcelForce tracking number and looking at their website, the package has arrived in Italy. We will contact ParcelForce to make sure there aren't any issues, but they haven't raised any challenges with us. Hi Louise, Firstly, thank you so much for placing an order for some LØCIs. I'm so sorry that you can't track your order, this is very unusual and not something we've seen happen before. I can see that you emailed our customer service team a couple of hours ago, and that they are already investigating this with our warehouse and ParcelForce and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible. “Excellent customer service! My shoes came very quickly. There were 3 oil dots on the white part of the shoe (probably a factory issue). I took pictures and sent them to customer service. I had new shoes on the way and replaced in less than 3 days. They were extremely gracious to also give me a gift card. These shoes are very comfortable and I think are very much in style.”

“They kept me updated about where my shoes were and when they arrived. They came way faster than I thought they would too. The packaging was recyclable and pretty too. The shoes I ordered fit well and have more room for the toes which is what I was looking for. They also have this cool feel to them which makes them water resistant. Overall a good brand.”

“TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! TOTAL FAILURE! I bought a pair of Loci sneakers and received a pair of used dirty Loci sneakers! I reached out to your customer service department to file a complaint and they sent me a return slip that requires me to travel 25 minutes across town and over the river, 40 minutes during traffic hours, to return the sneakers further inconveniencing me. First, I receive dirty sneakers! Your fault! Second, I have to travel out of my way to return them?!? I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced any further for the problem your company created in the first place! And I still haven’t heard anything back from Ryan or Lovely. Ryan is the manager and Lovely is the customer service rep and it’s been over 10 business days!! This is the worst service I have experienced.”

“The product seems nice and well made. The colors are gorgeous. I am between a 39 and 40 in European sizing, and the pair I ordered (40) was a little large. I was unable to use the returns portal due to a website issue, but received excellent customer support from their team in facilitating an exchange. Good product and great company.”

“Beautiful uppers, but just not enough cushioning in the sole especially under the ball of the foot. I expected the cork footbed to be much more comfortable. No arch support.”
