Hi Janice, I hope this finds you well. I've looked at your return and it looks like you selected a refund, rather than an exchange. A refund was issued on 7th March, once you'd sent back the shoes. “Comfort points? 10! Style points? 10! Compliment factor? 10! When I wore them to work yesterday someone said I looked like the cool professor on campus. Really love these shoes. They do work well in a smart casual setting like my work. The only small thing I'd say is they aren't very breathable. I wear them with no show socks and my feet did get sweaty. But all in all, these are a great shoe!”

“I love my Navy /Navy/What's Tens Size 13. However the Left Shoe was perfect. The Right Shoe is a little off. The Tongue keeps sliding over to the extreme right. Not a good look. I had to do a modification myself”

“Ordered trainers in a particular colour combination but was sent the wrong ones (seem they were put in the wrong box). Contacted support who advised they would send a replacement but no details or when this would be. I've had no further communication from the support team about this despite me chasing them via email. So I now have no clue what to do - will I get the replacements? How do I send the old ones back?”
