“I had a very good experience by longing into local surveyors direct. Goldcrest Chartered surveyors responded to my request and a lady called me. I explained what I needed. She was very helpful and polite and told me that I need a floor plan which they don't undertake that kind of work. this morning Mike Brown , Chauntry Surveyor Ltd, sent me an email to my request and explained I need to get in touch with an architect who will be able to help me with it. Mr. Brown was very helpful to let me know that it's the work of an architect more than a surveyor's work. I thank these two individuals for taking the time to explain it. It was superb customer service. thank you to both of them.He I. Chauntry”

“The service was excellent in that a number of survey quotes were received within minutes. however, the system lets itself down by a number, not all, following up with direct emails and text messages. this is not helpful.”

“The form was easily completed, but not made clear that a large number of surveyors would be actively in touch (immediately). Of course this is in some ways good, but I now receive several calls/texts/emails a day asking if I want a survey!”
