“Urgently needed an Energy Performance Certificate telephoned Mr Harry Jones who was from Folkestone, it was after 7 and it went on to ansaphone. Immediately after he returned my call and agreed to come to property the following day. He kept to his word he said it would be a late call as he was busy but he kept in touch and arrived the time he had stated. He emailed my report as soon as he had completed it. A very professional person who I would very highly recommend.”

“advertising surveyors local to me ? I don't think Swindon & Brighton are local to Nth Derbyshire. They overwhelmed my email and in the end I couldn't be bothered trying to sort the wheat from the chaff and deleted the lot. The whole pupose of using a web site such as local surveyors direct is to cut out the hassle & keep costs as low as possible. I know that there are surveyors in the area but the closest name supplied was Manchester city centre. Most were very much further away which as a home visit was essential would have reflected in the cost. Altogether a morning wasted. Pushing button 'B' and diving under the desk is not what I call good customer service. Try button 'A' next time and put a bit of effort into it because when people ask for information on local services that is what they expect not shrapnel from every corner of the country.”

“I put through an enquiry for a full structural survey and received five excellent responses within a few hours. The responses were detailed and set out exactly what the respondents would do for their fee. I would recommend this site to anyone. Ms A from Suffolk.”
