“I only wanted to look at a comparison of local traders. I did not want my contact details spooling out to them all so I was bombarded with emails and phone calls. At no point was it explained that this would happen neither was I given the opportunity to refuse being contacted or select a preferred contact method.”

“I was pleased I got a list of companies contacting. However, most of them called me on my email several times offering me free estimates and were quite pushy. Secondly they were more builders or small design companies which were not RIBA or industry body qualified.”

“The electrician by the name of Bepin who was sent to my hairdressing salon to fix the electrical problem was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was very prompt about the schedule and so attentive to the details of his work as well. I'm very contented. I would highly recommend him to my friends if they 'll encounter the same problem as mine. My appreciation Bepin.”
