“Used service to find local architect. Several local architect detail were available and having got several quotes choose Woodhill Design. All drawings completed and passed though planning, and building work all finished by same company to a very high standard and at reasonable price. Now have a lovely two storey extension.”

“Hi I was looking for a chartered building surveyor in my local area who can provide building certificates but none of the company’s who made contact over these services. In my application I did state that I was converting a barn and was in need of a chartered surveyor. Never the less, the search continues!!”

“I put in my postcode which is MK16 for Newport Pagnell expecting to be put in touch with some local electricians. I only had calls from people in Luton or Bedford. Not what I would consider local. I will bin this and look myself for someone within a couple of miles. I don’t know why I was put into Luton group, would not have submitted my details if I thought this was the case”
