“I think it’s ridiculous to give so many company’s my data and contact information without giving me rough quotes beforehand like other comparison sites. I had no idea I would receive so many emails! I’ve now had to go through making sure 15-20 companies remove my data. A pre warning is definitely needed. I will not be using anyone who uses this site and I’ll be warning people I know.”

“Thought that the quote system was fine; but pretty unimpressed with the quotes provided for a valuation survey, which ranged from £150 to £400. It would be good to add a price cap, and exact value figure for quote”

“Prompt service. Was sent an email with providers details and 2 made contact with me the same day. (Some emails went into spam folder though so needed to check that). Arranged an EPC check for the following day at half the price of the Estate Agents quote. Very friendly and efficient.”
