“Disgrace having companies on here with false reviews! I used a company off here which was GME- Greater Manchester Electrical who are without a doubt the worse service I’ve ever used, conmen comes to mind… quick to reply to get your business then never hear from them after chasing them several times for official results, personally I don’t think they attended my property to carry out works…”

“Absolute nightmare, non stop landline callers and emails! There should be an option to avoid that and instead visit a single web page to view the various quote suppliers introductions etc.”

“I found this site very helpful. We had previously asked a retired builder for his opinion and this had made us VERY worried as he was out of touch with current details. The facility to choose between differing Structural Engineering Companies gave us confidence. The company we eventually went with provided a very detailed report which removed our worst worries and gave us lots of hints about how house insurers work.”

“Got a quick appointment and the Surveyor, Oliver called me on the day to see if I’m had any questions or concerns. Received the survey within a week and again Oliver called to explain some things to me that needed my immediate attention.”

“Really poor service. I asked Viking surveyors for the qualifications of their surveyor and a copy of their insurance, but neither was ever provided. I can only assume that their surveyor is not qualified and that they do not have insurance.”
