In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Definitely worth trying. Some responses were generic, which is a shame when you have stated specific requirements. A huge price range. Communication from Structice Engineering has been incredible.”

“I received information from several companies within the hour. I contacted the company with the lowest quote. I have spoken with this company (possibly a sole trader) and agreed a survey next week. He explained, once I expressed areas of concern, that despite these concerns they would be considered and covered under the lower, household survey and explained the reasons why even though I was prepared to accept the costs involved with the dearer survey. As the survey has yet to be carried out, I cannot comment further.”

“It's nice to know there is a register with all local architects surrounding my area. But I didn't know signing up and ticking that 'accept terms and conditions' box was signing my life away as straight after I got an email from the site which was meaningless. And then the next working day I got several calls and messages through WhatsApp too with architect firms trying to sell me adivice I don't want because I would much rather call in my time and do my own research on the companies that are available to me. Abit complicit to say the least on how this site deals with my personal information lesson learnt too late on my behalf.”

“Found CJS electrical services through this site as they are based in Essex. I had 3 electric radiators installed which were done neatly, work brilliantly and at a very reasonable price. Company also responded promptly and kept me up to date. Would definitely use CJS electrical services again!”
