“Very good first time experience of using this site. I needed a new EPC pretty quickly & as I failed to locate the assessor for the previous one, I decided to try Local Surveyors Direct. They came up with several useful local contacts immediately. Some of these got back to me that very evening with their availability so I was able to choose someone who was in the town next day.”

“Made a search for local electricians who could provide EICR certification. List seemed reasonable and I sent 3 emails. One bounced and the other two haven't responded. Called the number off the side of a van I saw this morning and I'll stick with him.”

“I sent an enquiry out on a Sunday afternoon and within minutes I was sent a list of 8 local stuctural engineers. Of the 8 on the list, 6 contacted me by lunch time on Monday and asked for further information and within 24 hours I had at least 3 quotes for the work necessary.”

“The website enquiry form was easy to use, and promptly and efficiently emailed a list of EPC providers local to me - it was well laid out and comprehensive. I liked that I didn't have to provide my phone number so avoided cold calls. I've booked a surveyor from the list - the quotation was the same as the estimate and I'm very happy with the price.
