“I was looking for a building surveyor for my house purchase . Local Surveyors Direct came up with a list of people almost straight away. Within a short time the surveyors sent an email with their credentials and a list of what is included in the survey. It is an excellent web site.”

“Not sure. I got 5 names through Home Owners Alliance. It is good shown the basic prices of reports from 5 different people. However also saying check the qualification yourself so, that means the site is not taking responsibility all of them listed have qualifications.”

“I asked for an electronic to come out and quote me before he carried out the job. The advisor who called was rude and gave in correct time scales for engineer to come out. When engineer turn up, didn't go by any government guide line for mask cover for his face, he walk in with his shoes on didn't give me a quote and started on the job and accepted me to pay. When I said no he said with out doing the job he couldn't advice how much it would be. He put things back and left. I never had such poor customer service in my life..”
