“I have damp and mould on my windows and and I am very angry I am with a housing association home group I have been complaining about my windows for 4 years they came and took 1 picture . All I'm asking to get windows replaced but they said nothing wrong with I have condensation in my living room and bedroom in the winter I have wrap up with a blanket on my legs and chest . I've contacted mp Alan whitehead no help also council densest can't help . So contacted Abels solicitors Peter humphries he said get a independent survey so that's why I rang if you can't help me please say because this is very important to me”

“Brad wrote a thorough, detailed, clear report and was quick to reply to my queries. Also very good value. I like to think that I am quite aware of the various possible issues with a house but I failed to spot most of the important issues with this property. I am pleased that we had a completely independent (ie not recommended by the agent) level 3 report with Hook & Sons.”
