In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“My first use resulted in a lot of phone calls, which I didn't want and a number of email proposals when I did. When I tried to commission a survey one did not reply and I received an email from the other saying that they had gone into administration. I am currently trying again.”

“I enquired with a few advertisers. The experience was one I don't wish to repeat. Following my honest enquiry, I was deluged by about 20 or 30 adverts varying from bus timetables to dress wear. Not the way to conduct business. Don't want to do any business with firms that sell my details. ³”

Hi - When you run an estimate on our website, we only pass your details on to the Property Professionals who are able to provide the service you require in your area. This will be no more than 8 professionals. We do not pass your information on to anyone else, and we only deal with Property Professionals, we have absolutely no contacts with bus timetables or dress wear. However these companies received your data, it was not from us.
