“Good idea as it saves time doing online searches. Requested info on electricians qualified to do an electrical inspection (EICR) on a rental house. Received 4 quotes, one of which was ridiculously low. Info on electricians would be better if it included details of their NAPIT and/or NICEIC competencies as this is particularly relevant for some electrical work and saves the need for further searches.”

“Really easy to use and got quotes and even an immediate call in the evening from one of the prospective surveyors. The only thing to point out is that when you hit submit, it takes about a minute before any sort of screen changes and there is nothing to indicate is it "thinking" or putting the quotes together. So I must have hit the submit button several times as I thought it was a website/computer issue. All the surveyors got like 6 notifications!! Probably a bit irritating for them but I definitely got the immediate attention of one at least where it was linked to his phone.”

“The system is simple to use and getting a list of potential surveyors very quickly is extremely useful. Enough details are given about the candidates, with web site data enabling further research into each of them. The indication of costs is helpful too. All in all, a very useful tool.”

“Clear easy to use site. I needed to arrange landlords EICR for a flat I rent out in Manchester. Instant list given of local approved electricians. Information given, giving details of companies, and pricing etc. . Contacted chosen electrician by email, prompt response. Straighforward arrangements made and EICR carried out. Happy with price for work. Good all round communication. Would reccomend this site.”

“Unfortunately the surveyor selected to do an EPC having agreed at date and time did not turn up. My tenant had arranged to be at home from work. I have since been unable to contact the surveyor by phone or email so I assume she has gone out of business and should be taken off your listing.”
