“Very happy with the survey he told me everything that needs work to get done straight away even down to the roof of the garage and the chimney want pointing plus loads of work to the bungalow that I did buy but with is survey he saved me quite a large amount of cash thank goodness for this company”

“Very helpful site, user friendly, easy to use and it gave me access to a good selection of local surveyors, which would otherwise have taken me a long time to source sperately. Also a good range of prices, from low to high. I had to do some further research on each company to find the one suited to my needs but the Local Surveyors Direct web site helped me reduce a lot of this time.”

“was sent a short list of saviours for my electrical issue so I got in touch with the one nearest me in Helston and informed him that I was having issues due to electrical problems, couldn't get the boilers to work because of the problem so no heat or water, and could he get in touch very quickly as was quite urgent. His response? Still waiting, no response at all. Absolute waste of time. Do yourself a favour, keep ringing round, these bunch are useless”

“I have had lots of surveyors answer my advert. But most of them did not read the advert correctly, I live abroad and gave my daughters uK number, cause your set up would not let me put a non UK number down, but I wrote my BG number and email address asking them to contact me via whats spp or viber. A lot contacted her first.”
