“Not positive I'm afraid, one surveyor send an email that made no sense and the other one said he couldn't do much as I had not provided plans but on the website there is only a small box to describe what the client is looking for in words.”

“Hello there, I came across localsurveyorsdirect website and thought I'd give it a go. And very glad indeed that I did. I needed a qualified electrical company to undertake an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) which the UK Govt. has mandated for all residential tenanted properties (with the usual twists and turns about when and in what circumstance). Anyway, half a dozen contenders appeared almost instantly on screen after I'd entered basic details of the property in question. There was a wide contractor type and price variation, making it straightforward to choose. Several followed up with personalised emails, after I had deliberately opted not to include a phone number. I will use the localsurveyorsdirect website for other different types of work in the future. THANKYOU!”
