“after in signed for the review ,i got a call within 30 minuets from a person called max he said his name was max and he called before ,i got quotes from others , he said and he quoted me £144 ,that he could do it wednesday between 1 and 4, he said aden would do the inspection,and said he would send me aninvoice to my email and i should give him my card details and pay there and then ,i said no.iam not stupid ,and hung up,i did a 1471,his number is 07538418482”

“We were looking for an architect to consider working on an extension to our village hall. We made an initial search for a local one using the RIBA website and even an extended search to 100 miles from our location did not come up with a single result. We search on Localsurveyorsdirect and had 7 possible architects identified with 5 making immediate contact within hours. We have used this site before with similar success and the company chosen provided first class service”

“Rubbish. I have been on the site, which was not easy to navigate, and approached one of the names on it. I still haven't had a response from the architect, after leaving a voicemail. I really don't know what it's for!”
