“The reason for only scoring a poor was the lack of response, i only received one company who at least contacted me and was prepared to visit my home to supply me with a quote. the other companies didn't have the decency to reply to my requests. Companies who can't take the time to reply, should never be in business, i am well aware they can be busy and unable to take any more work, but there will come a time when work will become slack.”

“A request was posted and within seconds I received a call with a very competitive quote for an EPC survey. This website works if you need a local survey and do not know who to ask. The guidance on the website offering questions to ask was also very helpful.”

“On the 16th October I used the services of Dean Fisher, electrician. Heater cable was seriously damaged which he replaced, and tested. He was very reasonable and knowledgeable, and I would use his services again if necessary. Highly recommended.”

“I was contacted by an elctrician md.Khan ,who said will come the next day.Even phoned me.Buth the enxt day he messaged to say he will be late.Then messaged again to say he will come in evening.I messaged him few times to say its ok even if he came late as we cancelled all our appointments for that day and stayed at home for him to come.But he never came and not even replied back to my message.It was a very unprofessional behaviour and waste of time as a family”

“An ideal way to get access to a shortlist of surveyors from which to select, although quotes/estimates are not necessarily accurate (for non-standard buildings). That does not diminish the value of Local Surveyors Direct though. I would definitely use them again.”
