In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. “Useful process thanks, helped with the rapid selection of a local Surveyor. Great information on each, and each Surveyor was quickly informed of my interest. Many wrote the same day with their offers. The only thing I would say which isn't your fault, is I was looking for pricing and contacts for when I could proceed but being unable to at that point got frustrating as one of them has bombarded me with emails ever since.”

“Contacted Axiomdesigns architect (David), for help with drawings for home improvements, ie wall or two coming down and new walls erected. David wasted about 2 to 3 weeks of my time advising he would appear at agreed appointment times and never did, TIMEWASTER, never had such poor customer service from architects in my life.”

“I never intended to ask anyone for a survey, I do not know why I was then contacted by a number of companies, I was just looking up to see what was meant by a rebuilding cost. This experience has been a real nuisance.”

“COMPANY USED = DRAIN DIVISION, details provided by LOCAL SURVEYORS, DRAINING SECTION: On initial contact with DRAIN DIVISION, offered me an appointment quite quickly for the following Monday at 9am. Alex (with Matt) arrived when they said. Alex appeared to assess the situation well, enough to make me feel they agreed with and understood my concerns and the problem; followed current drainage in place, lifted drain covers and talked me through what the solutions could be. A report would follow for me to check and Alex said they, and he confirmed it would be him, could actually do the work in 2 or 3 weeks' time. I paid £450 for the service, which I had already been informed was the fee and would be payable on the same day. I paid with a credit card. A receipt was printed out. However, I have heard nothing since. No emailed report, no request to book for the work to be done and the phone number on the printed bill receipt (Customer Job No: 36092) and an alternative one provided by Local Surveyors Direct, are either unobtainable or no longer recognised. I think you can understand my concerns now. For these reasons, it is very difficult to rate this company and I have concerns they may not be legitimately working. I sincerely hope I am incorrect.”
