“This was one job you would not give to an enemy, Mark was engaged to carry this work of a leaking pipe bringing the water into the property, prior to the internal stop tap, the piping had been run through the cavity wall; under the floor of the kitchen and where is the stop tap fitted, in the sink cabinet, not only has the shelf has to be removed but also the floorboards. Very little room to work in but brickwork had to be cut away to get to the burst, the air was blue, Mark manage the problem to carry out the repair, he told me that he does not allow any job to defeat him, First Class Worker and I,m Lucky to have him.”
