Of the eight companies offered, I had calls from two the same day and for emails too.
There were four companies who have not made nay contact.
However, I passed details of all eight across to my clients accordingly for them to make up their own minds.”
“Service was easy to use and forwarded several possible surveyors. But these surveyor details were no suitable, they all failed to reply promptly or not at all when I was seeking a homebuyer report. Also when I did chase the surveyors they were booked out for at least 10 -14 days. The site needs to be improved to allow for a suitable date / dates to be selected and only surveyors with availability should be forwarded.”

“As a result of my request you provided me with the details of eight local electricians, a few of whom lived in Mill Hill. For some unknown reason I chose Sam of Sams Electrical Ltd. who lives in Mill Hill. Maybe his details registered with me more than the others, who knows. Anyhow I could not have done better as my choice was proven right.
Sam was unlike any electrician I have used before, if I have indeed previously used an electrician as I cannot remember that far back. To put it another way, Sam was unlike any service person I have used before. More so Sam but also his colleague was friendly and helpful and did exactly what was required. I hope I don't get him into trouble but he even divulged some trade secrets such as showing me the colour coding for the different fuses. Sam gave me an estimate before doing the work but the immersion time switch he got cost a little more than we both thought so he could have very legitimately charged me a little extra but he refused.
My only criticism is that when I initially offered him £10 for doing the work he refused and took £100 instead. I am only joking as this is what we initially agreed.
I will certainly call upon Sam if I have any future electrical requirements, I have advised my neighbour of what he did and I am advising the managing agents of my block of flats about him. I will also call upon your own services if I have a requirement in the future if it is not an electrician I am after.”
