I required a Building Survey but was unsure of costs involved and which Surveyor would be best suited to Survey the property . This website enabled me to choose a Chartered Surveyor who was able to carry out the Survey within 2 working days. The site also gave me a list of suitable Surveyors and their respective fees. Overall I am very pleased with the website and the information it provided. I will definitely use the site again if required and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family alike.”

However,of the three enquiries I made two produced quotes widely different from your estimates and did not include the Vat element.Some
addresses were evidently incorrect.

“The idea is good, but I found the way the site works did not work for me.
(1) The site appears to take the post code of the property and link to surveyors in that area. This is too simplistic. It is not necessarily the case that the best companies are adjacent to the property under consideration. This is especially true when the area is run down.
(2) I expected to browse company details, not to be contacted as a tout for business by people. You should make it clearer that this will happen. I would not have used the site if I had realised. As a minimum, there should be an opt out option
I would not use the site again.”
