“The surveyor which extremely helpful and offered to discuss anything further with me over the phone. He was very thorough and carried out the job in great depth covering all areas of the property.
There were lots of photos included in the report which helped to identify areas of possible future work required. The report was very detailed and gave his professional opinion of many areas which is very useful and gave good explanations as to why things needed further maintenance etc.
He gave excellent customer service, as well as the team at in the office as well.
I would highly recommend using these surveyors as I certainly will in the future.”
“Be warned - within 60 seconds of pressing "submit", I got a call from a surveyor - followed by what felt like a dozen more within the next hour. There is NOTHING on the website to say that you will get calls and I would have thought they are in breach of Data Protection (but didn't check). All I was expecting was a short list of possible surveyors either on screen or by email. Horrible experience.”
