“Really easy to use with instant replies. Survey booked in straight away. Communication very easy and straightforward. Only negative was that I was contacted by companies other than the ones I had chosen to contact from those recommended, presumably having been triggered by searching on the site. This created unnecessary stress in my opinion.”

“Although I didn’t use any of the surveyors due to my bank requiring their ‘approved’ surveyor, I had fantastic response, probably 8 replied vis text, email and phone call, all were very polite even when I had to turn them down, amazing, thanks a lot”

“Searched for a quote and immediately the next morning had 3/4 local surveyors ringing me to arrange a booking. The surveyor I went with was professional, talked me through the findings and provided everything on time/when agreed.”

“The few I got in touch with I was not impressed with. Not one picked up the phone to talk to you. Everything was done via email which is not personal at all. I did choose someone through a different site who were very helpful.”

“Paul's Chartered Surveyors service is fantastic. Laura, who made arrangements for our Valuation to be carried out was very friendly, approachable and helpful. Paul carried out a thorough Valuation at our property. It was dictated, typed and emailed across to me on the same day the Valuation was carried out. Top service, cannot fault. Highly recommend!”
