“WE used Iain Bain of James Aldridge Surveyors. He was excellent - courteous, knowledgeable , patient and "educational". He spent a lot of time on site and then produced one of the most professional and well balanced reports I have ever read. I can easily recommend him, his company and this website. Brilliant”

“I found the website & quotes very helpful, however one particular company (your survey Ltd) seem to bombard me with emails which was very off putting , it wouldn't have been so bad if their service was unique & gave sample surveys like One of the other companies”

“The search was not successful. We were not looking for a survey of a property to sell/buy but a specialist to diagnose a problem with a major wall in a recent development which was part conversion/part new build. Further, the original developer refused to accept a diagnosis from a third party so the plan to commission the survey was cancelled.”
