“No need to sign up/register, only few basic info required. Quotes and surveyors info were accurate and we received them quickly by email. The surveyors then contacted us by email to follow up on our enquiry. We found Local Building Surveyors very useful!”

“My enquiry was answered first thing Monday morning by the surveyor himself in a very warm way. He simply explained who he was, what he could do for me, how much this would cost and when he could do this. I felt complete trust immediately which is unusual as I like to shop around before making a decision. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.”

“Very slow and unresponsive customer service. I had to chase delivery of the survey report (which was overdue) on two occasions and received a very dismissive response from Management when I complained about the poor service.”

“The service was professional and prompt. I would use and recommend the services of Hugh James which we used for our property survey. As a general comment, if I may suggest, that the use of diagrams or sketches would enhance reference / location of observations that are not easily identified.”
