“This service promised quotes from 5 local surveyors. It offered me one quote which was over 30 miles away and over priced. Completely and utterly useless service as far as I was concerned.”

“Your initial statement said I would receive five local Surveyors. I received only one. I contacted them, they completed a survey and advised me the results would be with me in two to three days. Eight days later, despite having paid their fee, I am still awaiting their valuation.”

“Felt like I was being hounded to be honest…literally peppered with calls and emails within two hours of making the enquiry. Prices also seemed unrealistic leading to concerns over quality. I used a local surveyor who I appointed directly instead”

“very helpful surveyor. We discussed a specific one fault problem. I didn't know whether a survey was appropriate. The surveyor explained what the process would be. Will definitely book when the time is right as currently discussing issues with the window company concerned.”

“Got the job done and only sent the report after I had chased. All a bit last minute. Quality of report was poor - included saying that a fan didn't work when in fact it was just not switched on. Raised a couple of queries about the content and did not get a reply. If I need this service again, i will search for my own surveyor.”
