HI. I suspect you are confusing us with somebody else. Our system is instant and automatic, with quote results from our pool of surveyors shown on screen and sent to you immediately by email.

“Out of interest I looked for building surveyors on the internet, with your help. I had to look for good value and finally chose a company that I have used before and which is not on your list. However, since then I have been plagued by surveying companies pursuing me for work, evn when I tell them I am no longer interested. If there is another similar occasion when I need a surveyor, I shall go with my gut and not use the internet.”

“Quick and easy to use with quotes available from a couple of sources some local some not, however they use local surveyors and speedy service to choose from. Checked credentials and went with knowledge of past type of survey. Well worth the visit”

“Prinsegate staff initially indicated to me that they would carry out a house survey and follow up with a report within 3 working days. They reassured me that they would have everything done by Completion, due on Wed 22 Dec. With the report due, I called on Monday and was told that the report would be sent to me by 6 pm on 22 Dec. When I called at 10 am on Wed 22 Dec I was told that the admin staff would contact the surveyor to see when the report might be ready. I did not get a callback. I called again at 1 pm and after some time received an email telling me that the report would be ready sometime between 4 pm and 8 pm. As of this morning 23 Dec - that is today - the report has not been completed and shared.”

“I found the site easy to use and navigate. I submitted information easily and received quotations very promptly. My wife and I were extremely happy with the process and within 3 working days from application the survey was arranged and completed. We are assured of the full written report within a further 5 working days. Excellent service.”
