“Used Houzecheck. Very helpful especially Sally. They were the best quote and able to inspect sooner than the other companies. Their price was very competitive. There were a couple of things that I wanted to be double-checked and Chris was more than happy to go back and check them out for me. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.”

“Very few of the local surveyors appear to be registered with this site. I got three quotes from my enquiry. One of those companies rapidly became a nuisance by not simply supplying a quote via the site but emailing and phoning in quite a pushy manner.”

“Fantastic service, everything from Countrywide Surveyors was faultless. Would highly recommend using this service as local quotes, almost double the price and lead time 5-6 weeks. With Countrywide survey and report completed within a week. Personal phone calls and reports from surveyor summarising key points, followed by formal report. Follow up calls from Countrywide, absolutely excellent service.”

“Ryan Clarke was an outstanding representative of the organisation, helping the entire way through the process, explaining what we were to expect, and where they could help later down the line. Our survey was booked, and completed within 24 hours of accepting the quote. Kim Ding also completed a thorough survey, with detailed explanations of each finding and possible solutions. All round, a very welcomed group, head and shoulders above the other companies we were quoted from. Thanks again!”

“I used the site to get an HB Report and had a good range of proposed surveyors returned with varying prices. After selecting and paying for my choice of surveyor the whole process worked seamlessly, and I was able to track the progress on the website. The surveyor was excellent, who followed up their visit with a phone call to explain the main findings and the report was with me within a couple of days. So all in all it worked well and will use again in the future.”
